Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped as per the below schedule. 

  • Dublin Deliveries will happen same day for all Dublin (including co. Dublin). All orders placed before 1pm will be delivered same day from 6pm and 10pm (same day).All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the next day. In case of extra ordinary situations, where we cannot deliver for technical reasons we will inform you. 
  • Please Note for all Dublin Deliveries: We will be unable to deliver the parcel to your doorstep if you live in Apartments, We will be delivering to your Main Door below the apartments. Apartment complex has limited parking spaces, making it difficult for delivery drivers to find a suitable spot near the entrance. This scarcity of parking spots affects their ability to unload and deliver efficiently. Parking in front of the apartments or near the entrance could block other residents’ access, especially emergency vehicles or other essential services. Delivery drivers need to avoid obstructing pathways or creating inconvenience for others. Due to these issues we request our valued customers to collect their parcels at entrance of the apartment.
  • Outside Co Dublin -We use DPD or Fastway as our Delivery partners. These Delivery companies only deliver between Monday to Friday. (Excluding Bank Holidays). For Orders placed before 9 pm from Mon to Thursday will be delivered in the next 48 hours. Orders placed after 9 pm on Thursday will be collected by courier companies on  and Delivery will happen on Monday as delivery companies do not work on weekends. 
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from once it is completed.

Delivery Concerns

It is important for you to ensure self-availability to receive the order at the time of delivery.

Reasons for delivery failures:

  • You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery
  • You are busy and your phone is not answered
  • There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
  • The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
  • The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
  • There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
  • Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery (if signature is mandatory).

Note: Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above-mentioned cases.

Damages takes care of any damages or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with images at

Follow these steps to report the same:

  • Take pictures of the damaged items.
  • Send us an email to, with your order no and pictures of the damaged items.


Free Delivery and Weight Restrictions

  1. We provide free delivery over €30.00 (terms & conditions apply) across the Republic of Ireland and N Ireland (Vouchers, Refunds do not apply to this threshold and it is exclusive of any discounts applied). Weight of 1 delivery box should not be more than 30kg, in case this exceeds, there are 2 options, one if the delivery value is more than 60 euro, then 2nd box is free else there is charge of €7.99 is applicable.
  2. If your order is updated (due to any of the reasons mentioned below) and the order value drops below the free shipping threshold, the shipping charges of €7.99 will be applicable to the order. You may add more items to the order to avail free shipping. Your order may be updated due to the following reasons: The item is out of stock / Item is past best before date / Item is no longer required by the customer. In this case, you will be informed by an email or phone call from our team.
  3. Refund Vouchers and Gift Vouchers are exempted from the Free Delivery threshold.
