Refund Policy​

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your order got delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 Acceptable reasons for refund:

  1. The product received is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery (for example expired item delivered)
  2. The product is received in a damaged condition
  3. The product dispatched is a wrong item

Process to follow

Please send us an email with pictures if any of the above 3 conditions apply for refund. Once your email with pictures as proof is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you shall receive the refund within 5-7 working days as a voucher to be used in next order.


  1. Please take out all the vegetables, fruits and paneer from their covers as soon as you receive them and store them appropriately.
  2. Requests for refunds for vegetables, fruits and paneer will only be accepted within 12 hours after an order delivery in case of damage during during transit. Request you to please send pictures for any complaints regarding damaged items ASAP.
  3. For deliveries with perishables please arrange for someone to be home to receive the shipment on the day of delivery. Mini India can't be held responsible if package is delivered to Parcel shop or neighbour hood and quality of the product is affected due to delay in collection.

Lost / Damaged Package during Transit

In case your package is lost during transit, the entire package will be resent or refunded post agreement with the customer.

IMPORTANT: Sale Items or special offer items are not eligible for returns or refunds, only regular priced items will be refunded in case of return.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To place requests for exchange kindly drop an email on


  1. In case you ordered any items by mistake, you can bring back to the shop with the invoice and we will exchange it. To be eligible for this exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. To return your product, you should post your product to:  Mini India, 28 Westmoreland Street, Dublin 2. D02 EY73. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Perishable items - fresh vegetables, fruits, mangoes etc. are exempt from any refund or exchange
  4. Our refunds either in part or full will be in the form of vouchers that can be used in your next shopping with us. These vouchers will automatically be applied at the time of check out if shopping is done from the same user id with which account was created.
  5. Refund in part means when we are out of stock on a particular item or items that is part of your shopping list.
  6. Refund in full means when we are not in a position to ship your complete cart for various reasons or you decide to cancel it in full.
  7. Exceptions apply in case one is leaving country or because of any particular personal situation. In that case please write to us at and we will look into on a case to case basis.
