Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped as per the below schedule 

• Deliveries  We use DPD or Fastway as our Delivery partners. These Delivery companies only deliver between Monday to Friday. (Excluding Bank Holidays). For Orders placed before 9 pm from Mon to Thursday will be delivered in the next 48 hours. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be collected by courier companies on Monday for tuesday deliveries as delivery companies do not work on weekends.(bank holiday Excluded) You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from info@miniindia.ie once it is completed.

Order Live Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email.

Delivery Concerns

If you face any problems with a delivery, please contact info@miniindia.ie

It is important for you to ensure self-availability to receive the order at the time of delivery.

Reasons for delivery failures:

• You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery
• You are busy and your phone is not answered
• There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
• The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
• The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
• There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
• Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery (if signature is mandatory).

Note:Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above-mentioned cases.

Damages

Miniindia.ie takes care of any damages or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with images at info@miniindia.ie

Follow these steps to report the same:

• Take pictures of the damaged items.
• Send us an email to info@miniindia.ie, with your order no and pictures of the damaged items.

Free Delivery and Weight Restrictions

1. We provide free delivery over €39.99 (terms & conditions apply) across the Republic of Ireland and N Ireland (Vouchers, Refunds do not apply to this threshold and it is exclusive of any discounts applied). Weight of 1 delivery box should not be more than 30kg, in case this exceeds, there are 2 options, one if the delivery value is more than 60 euro, then 2nd box is free else there is charge of €7.99 is applicable.
2. If your order is updated (due to any of the reasons mentioned below) and the order value drops below the free shipping threshold, the shipping charges of €7.99 will be applicable to the order. You may add more items to the order to avail free shipping. Your order may be updated due to the following reasons: The item is out of stock / Item is past best before date / Item is no longer required by the customer. In this case, you will be informed by an email or phone call from our team.
3. Refund Vouchers and Gift Vouchers are exempted from the Free Delivery threshold.
